Why a Firearms Licence Course?

Possessing a firearm lawfully requires a high level of comprehensive training.

Intraining Systems have developed a firearms licence course that meets these stringent training needs. The course starts with class room work:

• detailing legislative provisions in Queensland concerning firearms and their use
• social responsibilities associated with the use of firearms
• general firearms safety procedures.

The Firearms Licence Course then requires a written exam focusing on competencies related to the particular category of firearm you are qualifying for. The firearms courses cover your knowledge and understanding of firearms terminology, basic firearm functions, firearms safety procedures as well as other issues specifically relating to the use of a firearm.

The written exam will be followed by a practical assessment in both live and dry fire situations.
